The deal, in plain words.

You buy the workflows once, use them in your business for as long as you like, and get a person on email when something is unclear.

What you are buying

A one-time licence to the RevGuard Revenue Recovery Bundle: the Stripe recovery workflow, the PayPal recovery workflow, the expiring-card watchdog, the setup guide, and the email templates, delivered as files you import into automation software you run yourself.

Licence

  • One licence covers one business, with as many installs and as many customers as that business has.
  • You may change the workflows and the email copy however you like.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post the files, or sell them as part of a template pack.
  • Agencies setting this up for clients need one licence per client business. Email us for a bundle.

Payment and delivery

Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can pay by card or PayPal. Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice and handles taxes for your country. The download link arrives by email right after payment.

The guarantee

If we cannot get RevGuard running on your setup within 14 days of purchase after working on it with you, you get a full refund. Email hello@revguardlabs.org with what went wrong and we sort it out.

Support and updates

  • Email support at any hour, any day. A person replies within 12 hours, usually much faster.
  • Setup help is included. If you get stuck importing, wiring a webhook, or sending the first email, we do it with you.
  • Updates to the workflows you bought are free for the life of the product, including fixes when Stripe or PayPal change something.

What we do not promise

Recovery rates depend on your customers, your prices, and your provider. We do not guarantee any specific amount recovered. Stripe and PayPal set their own rules and can change them; when they do, we update the workflows, but we cannot control what a provider allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the licence. The workflows are provided as described on this site, and we fix what we ship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something here does not work for your jurisdiction, email us before you buy and we will find a way.
