What we know about you, in plain words.
Short version: we learn your name and email when you buy, we keep support emails so we can help you, and the product itself sends us nothing.
Who we are
RevGuard Labs sells failed-payment recovery workflows at revguardlabs.org. Questions about this policy go to hello@revguardlabs.org.
What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address, and billing country, collected by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles your card and taxes. We never see your card number.
- When you email us: whatever you send, including screenshots of your setup. We keep those threads so we can keep helping you.
- On this site: only if you allow analytics when asked, anonymised page views (page, referrer, rough location by country, device type). No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking. If you decline, nothing is recorded.
What we do not collect
Nothing from the product. RevGuard runs on your own machine and talks to your own Stripe or PayPal account. Your customers, invoices, card details, and recovery results never reach us unless you choose to email them to us.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you allow analytics, your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. Lemon Squeezy's checkout page sets the cookies it needs to process your order.
How we use what we have
- To deliver your purchase and send updates to the workflows you bought.
- To answer support requests and fix problems on your setup.
- To keep the records the law requires for sales.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who else sees it
Lemon Squeezy (checkout, delivery, taxes), our email provider (support mail), and Cloudflare (hosting). Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Support threads for as long as you are a customer, so past fixes are not lost. Email us and we delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to hello@revguardlabs.org is enough.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and customers get an email.
