About RevGuard Labs

What it is

RevGuard is a set of n8n workflows. They read the decline code on a failed payment, retry on a schedule that suits it, email the customer a card-update link, warn customers before their card expires, and record why each payment failed. You run them on your own server or computer, so billing data stays with you.

Who makes it

RevGuard Labs is a small company started in 2026 by Karan. The workflows were first run by two businesses that bill subscriptions through Stripe, Vathsalya and NeurAI. Their early figures are on the front page, shared with their permission.

Pricing

You pay once and keep the workflows. Six months of maintenance (fixes and new versions) are included, and $69 extends it by another six months. If you do not extend, nothing stops working.

How we work

• Only tested providers are listed. Stripe and PayPal today. Other providers with webhooks and an API can be built to order.
• Support is by email. A person replies within 12 hours, any day. Setup help is included.
• We say when it is the wrong fit. If you need SMS or cancel-flow surveys, we will point you to a better tool.
