RevGuard Labs is a very small company, started in 2026 by Karan, and it exists because of a monthly report nobody liked reading.
The story
Vathsalya and NeurAI are family businesses. Both bill customers on subscriptions, and both lost customers every month to the dullest reason there is: a card that failed and a follow-up that never came. The recovery tools that fix this cost more per month than the revenue at stake, wanted the Stripe keys on their own servers, and took a cut of every dollar they brought back.
So we built the recovery loop properly once: read the real decline code, retry inside the card-network rules, email like a human with a one-click fix, stop the moment the customer pays, and tell your app to degrade gracefully instead of cutting people off. Then we made it run on any machine with an internet connection, on free automation software, so nothing about a customer ever leaves the business that owns it.
Vathsalya and NeurAI were the first to run it. Their early figures are on the front page, shared with their permission.
Why one price
Because the problem does not get more expensive to solve when your business grows, and because a monthly fee taken from recovered revenue is exactly the kind of quiet leak this product exists to stop. You pay once, keep every dollar it recovers, and get every update we ship.
How we work
- We only list what is built and tested live. Stripe and PayPal today, and we are not limited to them: other providers with webhooks and an API are built to order, with the next ones already in progress. Nothing goes on the site before it runs against the real API.
- We answer email ourselves. Any hour, any day, within 12 hours, usually much faster. Setup help is part of the price.
- We tell you when it is the wrong fit. If you need SMS, cancel-flow surveys, or a hosted dashboard, we will point you at the right tool instead.
